Studio Oud is a hair and spa studio on a quiet lane off 12th Main. Read the menu, choose your stylist and take the hour that suits you, all here, in about a minute.
01 The studio
A plan drawn around light, water and quiet.
We rebuilt a 1970s bungalow as one long room of lime plaster and dark oak, with six chairs along the north window so every cut happens in even daylight.
The wash bay sits behind a stone wall where the noise of the street falls away. Two spa rooms open onto a small courtyard with a frangipani tree, and a thin line of oud burns at the door each morning. Hover or tap a room to find it on the plan.

02 Service menu and booking
Read the menu, then take your chair.
Choose one service or several. Times and prices add up as you go, and the calendar only offers hours that are genuinely free. Prices include GST and are paid at the studio.

Services within one line, such as two cuts, replace each other so the booking always makes sense.

Rates differ by experience and apply to hair services only. Spa rituals are always at the studio rate.

We hold the chair as soon as you confirm, and send a note to your phone the evening before.
03 Spa rituals
The head ritual, in four slow movements.

Breath and oil
We warm sesame oil scented with a trace of oud, and begin with three slow breaths while it rests on the crown.

Pressure along the scalp
Long, even strokes follow the lines of the skull, loosening the tension that gathers from screens and long commutes.

Neck and shoulders
The work moves down into the shoulders with warm linen, so the whole upper body settles before the wash.

Rinse and tea
A gentle wash at the basin, a cool towel, and a cup of tulsi tea in the courtyard before you step back out.

Six minutes' walk from Indiranagar metro. Two-wheeler parking on the lane; for cars, the pay-and-park on 12th Main.
Before colour
If you have not coloured with us before, we ask for a small patch test 48 hours ahead. It takes five minutes and can be done on any visit.
Moving a booking
You can move or cancel without charge until 12 hours before. After that, we keep a small fee of ₹500 for the chair.
Arriving
Please come ten minutes early for tea and a short consultation. Longer services include a break in the courtyard.
