Mehfil & Co. designs and runs weddings of three days or more in Udaipur and Goa, from the first unhurried conversation to the farewell brunch, with every garland, place card and hour of light considered.
The House
We take a limited number of celebrations each season so that the people who meet you in the first week are the same people standing beside the mandap on the last day. Our work begins with how your families gather, eat and laugh, and only then turns to flowers, fabric and light.
Everything we design is drawn first on paper, costed honestly, and made with craftspeople we have known for years: florists in Udaipur, tent makers in Jodhpur, and bakers and bands along the Goan coast.
An opening conversation of two unhurried hours, with both families if you wish, to understand rituals, elders, food and the music that must be played.
Each event is its own room with its own mood, yet a single colour story runs from the haldi yellow of the first morning to the reception candlelight.
Run sheets written to the minute, a dedicated family host, and a quiet room kept ready for grandparents who need a rest between ceremonies.

Two coasts of our craft
Rajasthan
Palace courtyards that hold six hundred guests, lakeside ghats for the pheras, and rooftop terraces for an evening of ghazals. We know which walls glow at five and which breezes arrive at nine.
The Konkan coast
Old Portuguese villas with oyster-shell windows, gardens under rain trees, and beaches where the vows can be timed to the last of the sun. Barefoot where you like, formal where it matters.
How we work
Week one
We meet, in person or by call, to hear your story, your families and the rituals that matter. You leave with a written note of everything we heard.
Weeks two to six
A bound design book with palettes, florals, drawings of each event, a venue shortlist and an honest budget broken down line by line.
Months two to ten
Vendors contracted, samples approved, guest travel and rooms arranged, and a full rehearsal of every ceremony with the pandit or officiant.
The days themselves
We run every hour on a shared run sheet, so that you and your parents are guests at your own wedding and never the ones holding a clipboard.
Fees
Our fee is set by the number of events and the size of the guest list, and it is quoted separately from venue, décor production, catering and hospitality, which we pass through at cost with every invoice shared. The mood board above gives an indicative figure; a written proposal follows our first conversation.
